rd2: 2 sc in first sc, sc in next around (18 sc)
rd3: sc in each sc around (18 sc)
rd4: 2 sc in first sc, sc in next 2 sc around (24 sc)

rd7: dec 1 sc, sc in next 2 sc around (18 sc)
rd8: sc in each sc around (18 sc)
rd9: dec 1 sc, sc in next sc around (12 sc)
rd10: sc in each sc around (12 sc)
rd11: dec-sc around (6 sc)
now hold both sides together and sc across both thicknesses. ( 6 or 7 sc)
With same color and hook, chain 4, 2 tr in same space, 3 tr in each sc across. turn
Change color and switch to next size down hook, chain 23, skip 1st ch, 2-3 sc in each chain down, sc in next tr, chain 23, repeat to the end of tr-row. Finish off, weave in ends.
I joined the yarn on both sides of the fish and chained like 15 or something and did the same thing as above for the two side fins/arms.
glue on eyeballs, fishy is good to go!
*Please note that I am writing this pattern based on looking at the picture, the cat seems to have taken off with overboard and memory is what i have to work with!!!!!

Thanks so much for sharing your free patterns! Love them!!!!!
Thank you so much for sharing your cute and creative patterns! We are expecting the first grandchild in January, and since we won’t know the sex until the baby comes, we decided on an “under the sea” theme in bright colors. Your cute fishies are a great addition!
